One On One Coaching

Service Description

LFC has one clear purpose—to help you succeed. Together, we’ll define a compelling vision for your life and create a practical, step-by-step plan to move you toward it. Before your session, you’ll receive a brief introductory questionnaire to help guide and maximize our time together. Our one-on-one coaching sessions are 60 minutes, held via Microsoft Teams or Telephone, where we’ll dive into the questions and challenges that matter most to you. To get the most out of your session, I recommend focusing on two to three key areas. Your coaching experience also includes a complimentary 30-minute follow-up call two weeks after our initial session, ensuring you stay on track and continue making meaningful progress.
